A Rare Find
Tucked behind an iron gate in the heart of Todos Santos, La Palapa is a fully gated compound with the feeling of a private world. The main palapa — a soaring thatched-roof structure — anchors the property with open-plan living, a full kitchen, and French doors that open straight to the garden.
Two renovated casitas complete the compound, each with their own character: one calm and modern with freshly laid cement tile, one warm and earthy with handcrafted details throughout. Together they sleep eight, but the property feels intimate even full.

A soaring thatched-roof structure with bamboo walls, hand-painted tile throughout, and a curved kitchen island made for slow mornings. The living and dining rooms open directly to the garden through steel-framed French doors.

Freshly renovated with handmade cement tile floors, its own kitchenette, and a private covered terrace with Acapulco chairs. Calm, bright, and complete — everything you need without leaving your own space.

A cozy, earthy casita with textured grey walls, warm handcrafted details, and its own private bath. Quiet and tucked away — the kind of place you sink into and don't want to leave.

The heart of the compound. A private pool and hot tub sit at the center of the grounds, surrounded by lush Baja landscaping. A stone terrace with outdoor dining, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and enough room to do absolutely nothing.

Getting There
Todos Santos sits on the Pacific coast of Baja California Sur — an hour north of Cabo, an hour from La Paz. A colonial town of galleries, farms, surf breaks, and desert light.
La Palapa is within walking distance of the town plaza, cafes, and restaurants. Pacific beaches at Pescadero and Cerritos are a short drive. La Pastora surf break is minutes away.

6-night minimum. Partial stays available on request.
Main house with two bedrooms (king + queen), full kitchen, and shared access to the pool, hot tub, and grounds.
Exclusive use of all three spaces — main palapa, large casita, and small casita. The full property, just for you. Sleeps up to 8.
